Pricing questions

What counts as a console?
One UniFi OS device running the Access application. Several gates, intercoms and readers on the same console count once. A second console at another entrance counts as a second console.
What if we outgrow a plan?
Move up at any time; the difference is prorated. Nothing changes for residents.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month. Yearly plans run for the year. Your data is exported for you on request and deleted thirty days after the end of service.
Who pays for the UniFi gear and internet?
The community, as today. We connect to what you own; we do not sell hardware.
Do residents pay anything?
No. There are no per-resident or per-credential fees and no app purchase. Residents use a web page.
Can a management company get one bill for several communities?
Yes, on Premium. Each community is still set up and priced separately so the board sees its own cost.
